The IACP National Law Enforcement Leadership Initiative on Violence Against Women, supported by the Department of Justice, Office on Violence Against Women, is pleased to announce the Enhancing Law Enforcement Response to Violence Against Women training event. This free event is an opportunity for law enforcement to develop strategies for responding to and investigating violence against women crimes including domestic violence, sexual assault, and stalking. Information on the use of technology for stalking, strangulation, risk assessment, and more will be highlighted.
The Enhancing Law Enforcement Response to Violence Against Women training event will be held on October 24th & 25th at the 122nd IACP Annual Conference and Exposition in Chicago, IL. Those registered for the event will receive a complimentary two-day (Saturday & Sunday) pass to the Conference.
